- It’s caused by too many things at once: emotional pressure, sensory overwhelm, digital overstimulation, unresolved trauma, energetic exposure, relational stress, internal expectations.

- Your system doesn’t separate them. It just registers “too much, too fast.”

THE THREE STATES OF DISTORTION

1. Hyperactivation - The System Goes Too Loud Your field expands too far, too fast. You feel: anxious, urgent, overstimulated, flooded, unable to slow down. Your intuition becomes static, everything feels like a threat.

2. Collapse - The System Goes Too Quiet Your field contracts inward. You feel: numb, disconnected, shut down, foggy, unable to act. Your intuition becomes silent, you can’t hear yourself.

3. Fragmentation - The System Splits Your field flickers between states. You feel: confused, unstable, emotionally inconsistent, “not in your body”, like your signal is scrambled. This is the state most people mistake for “spiritual attack.” It’s actually nervous system overload + unprocessed trauma + energetic exposure.

WHY YOUR INTUITION GETS SCRAMBLED

Intuition requires: a regulated system, a coherent field, a stable baseline. When you’re overloaded, your system stops reading reality and starts reading threat. This is why: small things feel huge, neutral things feel personal, your thoughts turn against you, your body feels unsafe, your field feels “open” or “leaky”. Your system is not malfunctioning, it’s protecting you with outdated information.

EARLY WARNING SIGNS YOU’RE SLIPPING

You’re entering overload when you notice: irritability, emotional spikes, compulsive scrolling, sudden fatigue, sensory overwhelm, feeling “off”, losing your centre, overthinking, difficulty grounding. These are not failures. They’re notifications.

THE 60-SECOND STABILISATION PROTOCOL

1. Exhale first (Long exhale -> short inhale. This resets the vagus nerve.)

2. Drop into your lower body (Bring awareness to your feet, legs, hips. Pull your energy downward.)

3. Name what’s happening (“I’m overloaded. My system is protecting me.” This interrupts the threat loop.)

4. Slow your field (Imagine your energy pulling inward and settling.)

5. Re-orient (Look around the room. Name three things you see. Return to the present.) This is how you bring your system back online.
